FIFA 11 continues to hold onto the top spot this week, while the Call of Duty: Black Ops continues to hold second place. Medal of Honor sneaks up a few places to number 3, just below Black Ops. With the enormous success of the recent Call of Duty: Modern Warfare games, it’s no surprise that Medal of Honor has been pulled back from retirement for a modern ‘reboot’ to the franchise. While sales of Medal of Honor have been consistently lower than Black Ops, it’s still managed to make a decent impact on the charts ahead of its release in just a few days’ time.
Aside from that there’s not much change this week, though Sports Champions manages to get back into the Top 10 after briefly dropping out last week, replacing Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11. You can see the full chart below: Read more

Deus Ex: Human Revolution has been in development for over three years yet Eidos somehow kept it under wraps for most of that time. Now the cat’s out of the bag however, and the game is now scheduled for release in February 2011.
The big news this week is the release of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, a brand new Tomb Raider spin-off featuring isometric puzzle orientated single player and co-op gameplay. Although not an Tomb Raider title, it is an official spin-off featuring Lara Croft and has so far received some very good review scores. Like many of the best games, it’s a ‘Trial and Unlock’ version, allowing you to download a demo and, should you enjoy it, purchase an ’key’ which will unlock the trial into the full game.
You can tell there’s a ton of exciting games on the horizon- this week’s Top 10 boasts an incredible seven games that aren’t even out yet. F1 2010 is released on Friday and has finally climbed up the top spot in time for release. Sports Champions, one of the launch titles for PlayStation Move, moves up to number four this week, while Call of Duty: Black Ops falls down from number one to number three.
Call of Duty: Black Ops is holding tight at the top spot this week, no doubt helped by comments from Activision that instead of charging second hand customers for access to online play, they just focus on making the multiplayer so good that people won’t want to sell it on.
