Today Alliance Mode was unlocked for the Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood Beta! Ubisoft posted the following message on their Facebook page:

Congratulations dear Beta players you have successfully unlocked the Alliance mode! Please give us your feedback on the official Beta forum!

According to Ubisoft, Alliance Mode would only be unlocked when players cumulate a total of 5 million abilities used, so there have clearly been some busy players on the Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood beta. Well done everyone!

Today was announced – very late – a special bonus for everyone that pre-orders Dead Space 2. You will all receive a code from the retailer from which you pre-ordered, giving you a copy of Dead Space Ignition from PSN! Most games recently have been offering some sort of exclusive content for pre-order. Is this a good thing, offering more for your money, or something that will cheapen the game experience? Comment your thoughts.
