Yes, you heard right! Sony have revealed that they are about to make another two huge announcements, all on the Official EU PlayStation Blog tomorrow morning in a tweet from “PlayStation EU” – “Who said weekends are quiet? Two huge announcements on the EU PS Blog on Saturday Morning!”.  These come just ahead of a mountain of other announcements including LittleBigPlanet 2, inFamous 2, Motorstorm: Apocalypse, Killzone 3 and much more, all before E3.

But surely you’re thinking, why announce these now? E3 is just a few days away, at this rate Sony will have nothing left to reveal. But wait, Sony have been incredibly clever about this, by announcing this year’s E3 games just shy of the event, they have earned exclusive media coverage of all their new titles – with no competition from Nintendo or Microsoft. Let’s just hope that Sony have a few more surprises up their sleeve when the time comes at E3.

There have been no clues as to what this weekend’s announcements will be about, it may be new games, it may be the premium PSN service that everyone is talking about, it may even be the widely rumoured XMB redesign, or it may be something even bigger than that!
