Try Uncharted 2′s New Lab Playlist This Weekend

For those who don’t spend their days browsing the NaughtyDog website or their twitter feed, you may be interested to know that this weekend is the start of the Lab Playlist. The Lab Playlist will be available every other weekend or so and change the deathmatch mechanics for a few days. This weekend’s Lab will feature 2 vs. 2 Team Deathmatches, with a kill limit of twenty five and fifteen minutes to get those kills.
Those who aren’t interested in the Lab Playlist but still love a good online session will be pleased to know that this weekend (that’s May 28th to June 1st) will also be Double Points. That’s double points for everything – kills, medals etc. – and the match cash limit has been raised to $150,000 for the duration of Double Points.
The rest of the schedule looks like this:
28th May – 1st June (That’s this weekend) - 2 vs. 2 Deathmatch
11th – 14th June - Shotguns Only – spawn only with Moss-12 and Pistole. No grenades
25th – 28th June - Sniper Extermination – spawn with only Dragon Sniper rifle. One life per round. Best of five rounds.

Oh sod it I’m away this weekend! Believe it or not I’ve never played Uncharted 2′s multiplayer modes, so a double XP weekend would be a great way to start. Oh well, I’m sure there’ll be another chance at some stage.
HaHa.I’ve never met anyone with uncharted 2 that doesn’t play multiplayer. How could you not have played it after all the good press it has gotten?!?
Just too many good games to play and not enough time! One day soon maybe, when there’s a bit of a lull, I’ll get round to it
Only problem is that I’ve still got RDR, FFVIII and FFIX to finish, then of course Demon’s Souls is on pre-order, as are F1 2010 and Gran Turismo 5, not to mention PS Move coming out!
ARGHGH!! How on earth am I gonna cram all of these games in?!?!
Don’t worry nineinchnailed, there’ll be plenty more double points weekends for you. In fact I’d say it’s better to start just after one so that once you get to the big levels, the double points make you breeze through them. Well, I say ‘breeze’, but that doesn’t quite cut it at levels 40+

Apparently ND gave us update 1.08 a few days too early, it should be back to normal again now though.
No idea what 1.08 does either…
